scheduling policy

Reservations: Our spa team understand things happen and changes to your reservation may be needed.  We are happy to adjust as you need.  However, a minimum of two-hour notice BY PHONE prior to your scheduled treatment time is required. 

Rescheduled and canceled treatments WITHIN TWO HOURS of scheduled appointment time, or not showing for a reservation, will result in being charged 50% of scheduled treatments. 

arrival time

Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes early for your reservations.  This will give you time to relax and unwind while enjoying refreshments, a quick trip to the restroom, and quiet time before your treatment begins. 

Guests arriving late are certainly welcome; however, for the courtesy of other guests, treatments will end at the originally scheduled time.

children

Spa Belleza is not equipped to provide childcare. Children under the age of 12 will accompany their guardian during treatments. 

Children receiving treatments must have their guardian present in treatment room.
